The easiest way to pay your corporate tax is using your online banking. Most banks require that you add an additional feature to your online banking called “government tax payments” or similar. Alternatively, you can pay at the bank with a remittance voucher, by mailing by cheque, or using the payment options on the CRA website. The CRA is trying to discourage paying your taxes via cheque, so they will charge you a penalty if your payment is over $10,000.
